The Marine Corps Mustang Association, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation, incorporated in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Association is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax exempt veterans organization under Section 501 (c) (19) of the Internal Revenue Code and is exempt from federal and state income taxes.
