This website offers visitors an online store, members area and online community engagement features.

Providing Information On This Site

By filling out a Membership Application you consent to be contacted by a member of our organization. Members: Profile Page and Member Area
The information submitted on your Profile Page in the Member Area is completely voluntary and will be visible to other Site members. The information, comments, pictures, videos, links and such posted by you on the Mustang Forum is completely voluntary and will be visible to other Site members.
Chat
Members chat is a feature that allows logged-in Site members to chat with each other in addition to chatting with the Site Admin. Site members can see private chats as well as create group chats.
Members Area, Chat and Forum Guidelines
1) Be nice! Do not verbally abuse, attack, embarrass, or threaten anyone else in the Members Area, no matter what they might say to you.
2) Be appropriate! Objectionable content is content that most users would find to be offensive, upsetting, or inappropriate. Do not use obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit language.
3) Be considerate! Avoid typing your messages using all capital letters. This is considered to be shouting or yelling at another person, and this is not acceptable. If you want to *emphasize* a word or phrase, simply type an asterisk in before and then directly after your word or phrase.
4) Be kind! No spamming. Treat others the way you wish to be treated. Be patient and responsive with our community interactions.
5) Be Authentic! Authenticity creates a better environment for sharing, and that’s why we don’t want people using our Members Area to misrepresent who they are or what they’re doing.
Permitted Use
Material from this Website may not be copied or distributed, or republished, or transmitted in any way, without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms of Service immediately and automatically terminates your right to use this Website and may subject you to legal liability. Member Services
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Members Area, The Mustang Forum, other members only content, or chat features without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.
Preference Of Law And Dispute Resolution
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the state of Washington and federal laws of the United States of America, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Island County Courthouse at 101 6th St NE # 204, Coupeville, WA 98239. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
